Customer Preference Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, fit preference, change of mind, or other customer preference are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs, including return shipping and, in the case of an exchange, shipping of the replacement item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, damage, or other use are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Replacement items and sizes are subject to availability.

Old Az Errors or Defective Merchandise

• If Old Az Company made an error — including shipping the wrong item, providing an incorrect or defective print, or shipping merchandise that is defective or damaged — we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
• In these situations, Old Az Company will cover the associated shipping costs and no restocking fee will apply.
• We may request photographs or other reasonable information to verify the issue before providing return or replacement instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized merchandise, clearance merchandise, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless the merchandise is defective, damaged, or Old Az Company made an error.

Garment Sizing & Variations

Sizing, fit, fabric, color, and other garment characteristics may vary slightly between styles, manufacturers, and production runs. Normal garment variations are not considered defects. Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred size when ordering.

Refunds

• Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued for the merchandise purchase price, less the 15% restocking fee when applicable.
• Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and other customer-paid shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Once a refund has been issued by Old Az Company, the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

Return & Exchange Period

Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise received outside the return period or merchandise that does not meet the conditions outlined above may not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Please contact Old Az Company before returning merchandise so we can provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Garment Care

To help preserve the quality, color, and printed design of your Old Az apparel, please follow these care instructions.

Washing

• Turn garment inside out before washing.
• Machine wash cold with like colors.
• Use a mild detergent.
• Wash on a normal or gentle cycle.
• Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
• Do not dry clean.

Drying

• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for best results.
• Avoid high heat.
• Do not iron directly over printed or decorated areas.

Important Care Information

• Printed and decorated apparel may naturally show signs of wear over time. Proper washing and drying will help extend the life of both the garment and the design.
• Damage resulting from improper washing, excessive heat, bleach, harsh chemicals, ironing directly on the design, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions is considered normal use or care-related damage and is not considered a product defect.
• If you believe your item has a manufacturing or printing defect, please contact Old Az Company before returning the garment.

How to measure — Chest width is measured across the garment while laid flat, approximately 1" below the armholes. Body length is measured from the high point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.

Measurements are provided as a general sizing guide and are approximate. Actual garment measurements, fit, fabric, and color may vary slightly by style, manufacturer, and production run. Old Az Company may use comparable garments from different manufacturers based on availability. Please select your size carefully. Normal variations in garment sizing and fit are not considered product defects.
