Before Old Az Company was ever a company, it was a conviction. The conviction that God is the owner of all things and we are merely stewards. This plan is not a policy. It is a declaration of how we intend to honor God with every blessing, opportunity, and resource he places in our hands.

Stewardship Principles
These principles govern how we think about and handle every resource entrusted to us, time, talent, treasure, and relationships.
We hold nothing as our own. Every dollar earned, every opportunity given, every relationship formed, these are gifts on loan from God. We are managers, not owners.
Before we spend, before we save, before we invest, we give. Generosity is not what we do with what is left over. It is the first act of faithful stewardship.
We will not build our lives or our company on debt-fueled ambition. We will grow at the pace God provides and resist the temptation to outrun His provision.
The greatest return on any investment is found in people, not portfolios. We will prioritize relationships, mentorship, and service over financial gain.
Success is a gift, not a right. We will celebrate what God provides and release it freely when He calls us to. Our identity is in Christ, not in our accomplishments.
The measure of our stewardship will not be found in what we accumulated but in whether we were faithful with what we were given. We build for the next generation, not for our own comfort.
